George is a distinguished criminologist and an experienced security / investigative executive.He served as a specialist officer at the headquarters of the Serious Fraud Office (Ghana). He gained considerable experience in detection, investigation and prosecution of suspected white collar offenders. He introduced a comprehensive change management system to the special services unit and ensured a healthy balance between crime control and due process.

George holds a B.A. (Hons) degree in Sociology from the University of Ghana and an MSc degree in Criminology from the London School of Economics (University of London).

He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) – USA. In addition, George is a fellow at the World Association of Professional Investigators (WAPI) – UK. He is also the Area Governor for West Africa, World Investigators Network (WIN) – USA

. George is also a member in good standing of both the Association of British Investigators (ABI) – UK and the National Association of Investigative Specialist (NAIS) – USA.

He draws on over twelve years of diverse international experience in investigation, risk management, fraud examination, loss prevention, asset protection, fraud prevention and detection,threat analysis and general business management at top corporate level.


An economist by profession with vast corporate experience heads our research and business development unit. He holds a PhD in economics from the University of Nottingham – UK.

Rob utilizes his experience and skills gained in the commercial sector along with immeasurable business consulting skills in developing and implementing new concepts as well as problem solving techniques that undoubtedly contribute positively towards corporate profitability.

He is also a research fellow at the Institute of Statistical Social and Economic Research (ISSER) of the University of Ghana-Legon.


Vincent is a barrister at law with considerable experience in Domestic and Asset Investigations.

Since 2004, he has been responsible for giving general legal advice, the legal aspect of conducting private investigations and together with the CEO, is on the verge of completing a book on the “Dummies Guide to Conducting Product Counterfeit Investigations in Ghana”.He previously worked as a Partner to a renowned legal firm Blay and Associates.
 He is a member in good standing, of the Ghana Bar Association.He has considerable courtroom experience whilst representing normally defense or prosecution in some thousands of cases.

He comes along with an enormous casework experience. However he strongly maintains that every new case is different and hence a challenge.


A retired Major in the Ghana Armed Forces, having served as a regular soldier for 20 years. He received his military training at the Military Academy and Training School and the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College, Teshie. Due to his outstanding performance, Abu was selected to undergo training in Special Investigations and Military Police Duties at the renowned Royal Military Police and Training centre at Chichester – Sussex.

He held various positions including but not limited to; Ghana Military Police Commanding Officer, Ghana Military Police headquarters as instructor in military discipline and investigation, Deputy Chief Military Personnel Officer (DCMPO), Military Observer – United Nations Monitoring Mission in Western Sahara and Staff Officer in charge of Personnel and Logistics (DQ) – Ghana Military Academy and Training School – Teshie. He also served in the UNIFIL for three various times as commanding officer in Lebanon.

Major (rtd.) Baba holds a Bachelor of Science in Education; Certificate in General Management from GIMPA as well as a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Ghana Business School. He is undoubtedly a professional with international pedigree. He comes on board with a great deal of sincerity, honesty, dedication to duty and unquestionable wealth of experience.
